Includes:
    Shell theme
    Gtk theme
    Sardi Ghost Flexible icon set
    A few of my conky configs
    .. and probably a couple other bits

A few improvements to the Gtk2
Changed text color from #BFBFBF to #CCCCCC (a little brighter and better contrast against the blue)
Improved the look of the buttons in Gtk2
Gave the window decorations a bit of a contour, affects Gtk2 & Gtk3
Swatted a couple little bugs in Gtk3
